Finally....finally our Cherry Kitchen is done and it's apple pie season!!!

The installer finally....finally... finished....what???.... a kitchen that was suppose to take one week for the cabinet install....not his fault they store kept ordering the wrong items..
he did a fabulous job...12 weeks later....of course it did take us some time to make the cherry counter tops and install them...

now the question is do I take the time to sand with 320 grit and buff it out with auto paste to get that glass finish??? guess I'll wait an see as there are more important things to finish up....
waaahooo I love this time of year....cool weather although it has been raining for 2 day which we need...
doesn't make it good for going out for photography of the fall foliage...
don't need wet camera equipment to clean and dry
BUT....
it is apple season!
love the smells of fall...the musky earthy scents of the woods, apple orchards
just outdoors in general
this is the first year that we are not bucking up about 8 cords of wood for next year
our routine is out of whack
I usually put up 20-24 frozen apple pies at this time of year
soooo....don't know but I am starting with 8 apples pies
if the house sells I'll just give away the frozen pies I guess
but here are a few pictures of local apples that I just love to see an smell at this time of year

Had another huge tag sale an made $$!! yayyyy got rid of lots of stuff again.
Measured up the trailer to see where to set the bed up as we will be sleeping in the trailer for the trip....
wow...I am now pushing for having the house ready for sale by Thanksgiving!
would love to be on the road and just gypsy roading it for months until the roads and  snow storms pass to drive up to Alaska.
Hubby just wants to go to Tennessee and sit for the winter...ummm
not my idea at all but we'll see
I want to keep moving
I just love the unknown!!!
